The easiest and most efficient way of removing either of these two rouge programs is with Malwarebytes Antimalware.
The Free Version is available here Malwarebyte’s Antimalware.
Once it is downloaded, run mbam-setup.exe
Select Quick scan and Click SCAN.
After the scan is complete, click OK
Next click Show Results.
Click Remove Selected.
Now it is going to ask you to restart your computer to finish the removal process.
If you are using AVG, Norton or McAfee, Uninstall it!
Download, Install and Run Avast Antivirus. Update it and let it run from now on.
Thank you, your malware should now be removed!
