    You may have a firewall blocking your connection try reinstalling itunes.

    Your internet my temerlerly be down if that does work look up the help section of iTunes and if that does work search for help on it online.

    if u have window’s firewall, go on & click on the exceptions
    click on itunes, so the firewall wont block the internet connection that iTunes requires.

    To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

    1. Open Internet Explorer.
    2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
    3. Select the Advanced tab.
    4. Under the Security section, look for Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0. Make sure at least one of those two checkboxes is selected and click OK (You can select both checkboxes).
